"I am genuinely disappointed that the pattern of treatment from this team has shifted in only the last few of the past 7 years as a customer with them. Without a single at fault accident, with years of payments, on vehicles that were at low risk due to being rarely driven or driven in town.
I’ve had several negative customer service interactions, being spoken to with dismissiveness by a male employee, repeatedly pressured to sign a document I had repeatedly clarified was not relevant to my policy, and having my premium change without notice along with new fees, then being offered a discount only in the form of bugging my own car.
I’m tired of being treated like as a business an insurance company is doing me a favor, the entitlement of their employees simply adds insult to injury. I cannot wait to find alternate coverage that’s less price gouging and service that is less arrogant."
